Dock Access Requests

Contractors and/or visitors requiring scheduled visits onto the dock to perform work for FSD must do the following:

  1. Confirm your scheduled visit with a FSD employee (Maintenance Foreman, Customer Service Accounting or Management)
  2. Email mfso@fsd.bc.ca to provide the required information to be reviewed and noted by a FSD MFSO. CC’d on your email the FSD Employee that assisted in arranging your scheduled site visit.

    Note: Send this 24 hrs prior to your scheduled visit to get a timely response and minimize security process delays.

    Include the following in the subject line of the email:

    1. Visitor/contractor name
    2. Company name
    3. Date of visit (if it’s for a multiple day visit provide this detail in the subject line or body)
    4. Time of visit
    5. Destination for visitor/contractor
    6. Dock contact

    If there are too many employee names or more than one company, than outline this part of the requested information in the body of the email.

Vessel Access Requests

Contractors and/or visitors requiring scheduled visits onto a vessel to perform work will need to contact the vessel’s agency or captain of the vessel. The vessel’s agent or captain will contact FSD MFSO through an email to be reviewed and noted.
